Deutschland, ISIN: DE0006770001, WKN: 677000, have exceeded the 3%, 5%,
10%, 15%, 20%, 25%, 30% and 50% threshold of the Voting Rights on December
10, 2010 and on that day amounted to 54.67% (this corresponds to 1312145
Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG, 54.67%
of the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 1312145 Voting Rights) is to be
attributed to the company from Steuler Fliesen GmbH via
