according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares his Voting
Rights on Allerthal-Werke AG, Köln, Deutschland, have fallen below the 25%
threshold of the Voting Rights on December 19, 2012 and on that day
amounted to 22.92% (this corresponds to 275000 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG, 22.92%
of the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 275000 Voting Rights) is to be
attributed to Mr Hauschildt from A & B Vermögensverwaltung GmbH.
