On July 05, 2007 , Mr Reinhard Ender, Deutschland has informed us according
to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares his Voting Rights on
Einbecker Brauhaus AG, Einbeck, Deutschland, ISIN: DE0006058001, WKN:
605800, have fallen below the 3% limit of the Voting Rights on June 13,
2007 and now amount to 2.30% (this corresponds to 49639 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG, 1.08% of
the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 23250 Voting Rights) is to be
attributed to Mr Ender from RALL Rheinische Auto- und Luxusgüter-Leasing
GmbH.
Since 1st of January 2007 the Voting Rights amount to 4,34% of the
Einbecker Brauhaus AG (this corresponds to 93754 Voting Rights). Of it
there add to Mr. Ender 3,12% (this corresponds to 67365 Voting Rights)
according to § 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG. To Mr. Ender
added Voting Rights were held about the following enterprises controlled by
Mr. Ender whose Voting Rights amounted to 3% or more of the Einbecker
Brauhaus AG: RALL Rheinische Auto- und Luxusgüter-Leasing GmbH, Elsdorf
