Jón Purkhús, Farming Manager, has sold 33,375 shares
in P/F Bakkafrost at NOK 38.0 per share the 11th June
2010. The sale was made through his partly owned
company P/F JH Holding.

Mr. Purkhús holds holds 50% of the shares in P/F JH
Holding. After this purchase P/F JH Holding holds
271,625 shares in P/F Bakkafrost.
