Allocations of shares

P/F Bakkafrost has as a bonus to the employees for
2012, paid the following primary insiders shares in
P/F Bakkafrost, based on the closing price on 22 May
2013:

Regin Jacobsen CEO: Allocated 464 shares. Following
the allocation, Mr. Jacoben holds 4,491,681 shares in
P/F Bakkafrost.

Odd Eliasen COO: Allocated 308 shares. Following the
allocation, Mr. Eliasen holds 170,203 shares in P/F
Bakkafrost.

Teitur Samuelsen CFO: Allocated 365 shares. Following
the allocation, Mr. Samuelsen holds 1,365 shares in
P/F Bakkafrost.

All full-time employees from 2012, still employed in
Bakkafrost, have received bonus shares with a total
value of 2% of paid out salary in 2012.

In total Bakkafrost has allokated 45,439 shares to its
employees including the shares to the primary
insiders. After the allocation Bakkafrost hold 11,511
shares as own common shares.

The closing shareprice on the 22 May was NOK 69.75
per share, corresponding to DKK 69.65 per share.
