With reference to announcement 554541 made on 22 February 2022, the currency
rate NOK/DKK to be used in the upcoming cash dividend is 0.7668. As previously
announced, the proposed dividend payment for the Annual General Meeting on 29
April 2022 is DKK 5.14 per share. This corresponds to NOK 6.703182 per share.
