Juli 2000) wurde zwischen Motorola und der AT&S AG in Chicago ein Vertrag über eine Technologie-Kooperation im Bereich der Integration von passiven Bauelementen in HDI/Microvia Leiterplatten abgeschlossen. Die AT&S AG wird gemeinsam mit Motorola diese Technologie, mit dem Ziel passive Bauelemente in Leiterplatten für Hochfrequenz-Anwendungen einzubringen, weiterentwickeln. Im laufenden Jahre rechnen wir mit einem Motorola Umsatz in der AT&S Gruppe von in etwa EURO 10 Millionen. AT&S and Motorola will jointly develop this technology, with the aim to integrate passive electronic components in PCBs for high frequency applications. In the current financial year the AT&S Group expects that Motorola sales will amount to about EURO 10 million.
