Offer to Acquire PCB Business of AIK (Asset Deal) Ad-hoc-announcement transmitted by DGAP. The issuer is solely responsible for the content of this announcement. ——————————————————————————– Leoben, Austria, January 8, 2003: AT&S Austria Technologie & Systemtechnik AG has submitted an offer to take over all of the PCB-related assets of AIK Electronics Austria, which recently became insolvent. According to the offer the take-over would become effective February 1, 2003. In the next fiscal year 2003/2004 this transaction would be expected to generate revenues of around EUR 14 million while not affecting net income.
