DO & CO INVESTS IN UKRAINE
DO & CO acquires majority stakeholding in one of Ukraine's largest caterers

DO & CO has just obtained a 51% stake in one of the largest catering
companies in Ukraine.

Kyiv Catering LLC, domiciled in Kiev and the market leader in airline
catering (with a market share of about 60%), currently has over 20 airlines
among its customers and employs almost 500 staff.

Ukraine, a young demography of about 45 million inhabitants and attractive
development prospects, will act as host, jointly with Poland, of the next
European Football Championship EURO 2012, for which DO & CO has already
been appointed to take care of the culinary requirements of its VIP guests.

In the new joint business, DO & CO intends to grow in all its divisions and
to continue to invest in Ukraine. Growth is expected not just in airline
catering, but also in the Vienna coffeehouse segment, gourmet shops and
event catering. Brands such as 'HENRY' for gourmet shops and 'k & k
Hofzuckerbäckerei DEMEL' for hand-made chocolate and pastry products are to
be placed on this high-growth market. To this end, a new gourmet kitchen
will be opened at Kviy Borispol International Airport in the first quarter
of 2012.
