Aktiengesellschaft announces, that on 15 June 2015 it has received
notification from Erste Asset Management GmbH that as of 12 June 2015 its
affiliates ERSTE-SPARINVEST Kapitalanlagengesellschaft m.b.H. and RINGTURM
Kapitalanlagengesellschaft m.b.H. (with which affiliates Erste Asset
Management GmbH pursues a joint voting rights policy according to § 92 Z 1
Austrian Stock Exchange Act) have fallen below the 4% threshold, holding a
total of 371,400 shares in DO & CO Aktiengesellschaft (57,000 of these
shares being held by ERSTE-SPARINVEST Kapitalanlagengesellschaft m.b.H and
314,400 of these shares being held by RINGTURM Kapitalanlagengesellschaft
m.b.H). This corresponds to a stake of 3.81% of the voting rights in DO &
CO Aktiengesellschaft.
