DO & CO AG informs that Turkish Airlines A.O. (THY) announced that it has started negotiations with a third party for the procurement of catering services at the third airport of Istanbul upon transfer of THY’s operations thereto and that THY has entered into a memorandum of agreement.
In this context, DO & CO AG would like to clarify that neither the joint corporation TURKISH DO & CO, nor the catering agreement between THY and TURKISH DO & CO have been terminated by THY.

DO & CO AG is still fully committed to THY and dedicated to the ongoing partnership.

In this context, DO & CO AG clarifies that DO & CO AG :
  • is fully committed to its engagements and investments in Turkey
  • intends to continue its current business in Turkey and
  • is willing to undertake significant investments at the new airport in Istanbul, even if TURKISH DO & CO shall not be elected to serve THY at the third airport.
