Nach Abschluss der rechtlichen Vorarbeiten sowie dem Vorliegen des testierten Konzern Jahresabschlusses 1999 der Ceska Sporitelna a.s wurde in den vergangenen Wochen der endgueltige Kaufpreis unter Einbindung von KPMG ermittelt. Er wird mit EUR 543 Mio (CZK 19,38 Mrd/ ATS 7,47 Mrd) leicht ueber den bei Vertragsabschluss erwarteten und auf Grund der damals vorliegenden vorlaeufigen Bilanzdaten der CS ermittelten EUR 529 Mio (CZK 19 Mrd/ ATS 7,28 Mrd) liegen. Der Uebertrag (Closing) des 52,07 %igen Aktienanteils vom Nationalen Eigentumsfonds (NPF) an die Erste Bank der oesterreichischen Sparkassen AG wird per Ende Juni 2000 erfolgen. ————————–english—————————- MINISTERSTVO FINANCI CR NATIONAL PROPERTY FUND concludes sale of Ceska Sporitelna to ERSTE BANK Following the finalisation of the necessary legal arrangements and the audit (by KPMG) of 1999 full year results of Ceska Sporitelna a.s., the final purchase price for Erste Bank’s stake in Ceska Sporitelna has now been set. The final amount of EUR 543 million (CZK 19.38 billion/ATS 7.47 billion) is slightly above the EUR 529 million (CZK 19 billion/ATS 7.28 billion) originally expected, which had been calculated on the basis of the balance sheet data of CS available at the signing of the contract in February.
