(Börsegesetz) that Austria Versicherungsverein auf Gegenseitigkeit
Privatstiftung, Untere Donaustraße 25, A-1020 Vienna holds less than 5 % 
of Erste Group Bank AG's share capital (i.e. 17,435,653 Erste Group Bank
AG's shares; 4.61%) on 19 November, 2009.
