On the basis of the resolution passed on 16 January 2014 by the Annual
General Meeting of EVN AG which approved the implementation of a new share
buyback programme, the share buyback programme approved by a resolution
passed at the previous Annual General Meeting held on 19 January 2012 has
been terminated ahead of schedule. The following information is provided
pursuant to § 7 (4) of the Austrian Disclosure Regulation 2002
(Veröffentlichungsverordnung 2002):
Between 6 June 2012 and 15 January 2014, a total of 1,640,030 zero par
value bearer shares, corresponding to 0.9117% of the company's share
capital, were bought back via the Vienna Stock Exchange at an average price
of EUR 10.72. The lowest price amounted to EUR 9.42 and the highest price
to EUR 12.49. The total value of the shares bought back is EUR 17.58m.
