The authorisation to repurchase treasury shares, which was approved by the
87th Annual General Meeting of EVN AG on 21 January 2016, replaced the
authorisation granted by the 85th Annual General Meeting on 16 January
2014. On the basis of this latest authorisation, EVN AG's current share
buyback programme was terminated prematurely on 21 January 2016.
The following information is provided pursuant to § 7 (4) of the Austrian
Disclosure Regulation 2002 (Veröffentlichungsverordnung 2002):
Within the framework of the share buyback programme which was started on 22
January 2014, a total of 324,871 zero par value bearer shares,
corresponding to 0.18% of the company's share capital, were bought back via
the Vienna Stock Exchange until 21 January 2016 at an average price of EUR
10.21 whereby the lowest price amounted to EUR 9.685 and the highest price
to EUR 11.98. The total value of the shares bought back is EUR 3.3m.
