Dissemination of a Voting Rights announcement, transmitted by

In accordance with § 91 of the Austrian Stock Exchange Act, it is hereby
announced that NÖ Landes-Beteiligungsholding GmbH purchased 550,000 shares
of stock in FLUGHAFEN WIEN Aktiengesellschaft, which represents a stake of
2.62% in the share capital of the company, from NÖ
Landesbeteiligungs-Verwaltungsgesellschaft mbH (FN 201509m), a wholly owned
subsidiary of the Province of Lower Austria, on 1 April 2010.
As a result of this transaction NÖ Landes-Beteiligungsholding GmbH holds
4,200,000 shares of bearer stock in FLUGHAFEN WIEN Aktiengesellschaft,
which represents a stake of 20% in the share capital of the company. NÖ
Landesbeteiligungs-Verwaltungsgesellschaft mbH no longer holds any bearer
shares in FLUGHAFEN WIEN Aktiengesellschaft.
Since both of the above-mentioned companies are wholly owned subsidiaries
of the Province of Lower Austria, the stake owned by the Province of Lower
Austria in the share capital of FLUGHAFEN WIEN Aktiengesellschaft remains
unchanged at 20%.
