Flughafen Wien AG: Release according to Article 93, Section 2 BörseG with
the objective of Europe-wide distribution

Dissemination of a Voting Rights announcement transmitted by DGAP - a

In accordance with § 91 of the Austrian Stock Exchange Act, it is hereby
announced that Silchester International Inverstors LLP ('Silchester LLP'),
London, purchased 1,615,126 shares of bearer stock in FLUGHAFEN WIEN
Aktiengesellschaft, which represents a stake of 7.69% in the share capital
of the company, from Silchester International Investors Limited
('Silchester Limited'), London, on 1 November 2010.

As a result of this transaction Silchester International Inverstors LLP
('Silchester LLP'), London, holds 1,615,126 shares of bearer stock in
FLUGHAFEN WIEN Aktiengesellschaft, which represents a stake of 7.69% in the
share capital of the company. Silchester International Investors Limited
('Silchester Limited'), London, no longer holds any bearer shares in
FLUGHAFEN WIEN Aktiengesellschaft.
