AG was informed on 12 June 2012 that Silchester International Investors LLP
holds 2,113,886 voting rights or 10.07% of the outstanding shares of
Flughafen Wien AG as of 8 June 2012 (On 1 November 2010 Silchester
International Investors LLP reported a stake of 7.69% in the share capital
of the company).
