NWF Group plc: Director/PDMR Shareholding
NWF Group plc, the specialist agricultural and distribution business, was notified on 5 February that Brendon Banner, Group Finance Director of NWF, had on that day, acquired 10,000 ordinary shares of 25p each in NWF at a price of 135.5p per share.
Following this purchase, Brendon Banner now has a beneficial holding of 10,000 NWF shares, representing 0.021 per cent. of the Group's Issued Share Capital.
