NWF Group plc: Settlement of legal claim made by the company
NWF Group plc, the specialist agricultural and distribution business, announces that it has reached an agreed settlement in respect of a legal claim made by the Company.
As a result of this settlement NWF expects to receive a one off cash payment. This will result in an improvement in the Company's expected year-end net debt position in the region of £2.0 million for the current financial year. The benefit attributable to the income statement will be reported as an exceptional item in the Group's accounts for the year ending 31 May 2015.
