NWF Group plc: Director/PDMR Shareholding
On 16 March 2016, NWF Group plc (the "Company") was notified that, on 15 March 2016, Brendon Banner, the Company's Finance Director, had sold 10,000 ordinary shares of 25p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at an average price of 166.7p per share and that, also on 15 March 2016, the same number of Ordinary Shares had been repurchased by Mr Banner's SIPP at an average price of 169p per share.
Following this transaction, Mr Banner's beneficial interest in the Company remains unchanged at 10,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.0206 per cent of the issued share capital of the Company.
