NWF Group plc: Director/PDMR Shareholding
On 18 May 2016, NWF Group plc (the "Company") was notified that, on 18 May 2016, a SIPP in the name of Brendon Banner, the Company's Finance Director, had purchased 2,500 ordinary shares of 25p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at an average price of 148.21p per share.
Following this transaction, Mr Banner's beneficial interest in the Company increases to 12,500 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.0206 per cent of the issued share capital of the Company.
