NWF Group plc ('NWF' or the 'Company'), the specialist distributor operating in UK markets, announces that it has been notified that, on 9 April 2025, Timothy Cooper, Non-Executive Director, purchased 8,500 shares of 25 pence each ('Ordinary Shares'). Following this transaction, Mr Cooper will have a beneficial interest in 8,500 Ordinary Shares representing 0.01% per cent of the Company's issued share capital.
