26.707.465 shares with associated voting rights in IMMOFINANZ AG based in
Vienna which correspond to a stake of 5,82% of the share capital of
IMMOFINANZ AG, being effective from 26 November 2008 onwards.

The total number of shares in IMMOFINANZ AG amounts to 459.050.894.
