Notice pursuant to para 93 (1) of the Austrian Stock Exchange Act

Increase in voting rights due to conversions 

Pursuant to para  93 (1) of the Austrian Stock Exchange Act, IMMOFINANZ AG
hereby gives notice that at the end of January 2010 the number of voting
rights amounts to a total of 476.750.894 voting rights. The Company's share
capital is EUR 494.954.838,00 and is divided into 476.750.894 ordinary
no-par value shares which currently represent a portion of the share
capital of approximately EUR 1.04 each.

These changes are due to the exercise of conversion rights by holders of
convertible bonds of IMMOFINANZ AG.
