Manfred Wiltschnigg to resign from IMMOFINANZ Executive Board as of 31 March 2013

Manfred Wiltschnigg, COO of IMMOFINANZ AG, has announced his intention not to extend his contract and will leave IMMOFINANZ AG at the end of his regular term of office on 31 March 2013.
