IMMOFINANZ Group concludes one of the biggest logistics leasing transactions of the year in Hungary

With Törley Pezsgőpincészet IMMOFINANZ Group has won a long-term lease tenant for its DH Logistik storage building in Dunaharaszti in the south of Budapest. The building is now fully let by Törley. The company has leased 12,500 sqm of warehouse space plus 760 sqm of office and service areas and will move into the building in 2013.

'This recent leasing transaction once more proves the positive performance of our Hungarian logistics portfolio: Considering that the average vacancy rate in the Hungarian logistics market is nearly 21 %, fully let properties such as our Pharma Park in Budapest or the DH logistics center in Dunaharaszti are exceptions. We know that logistics means more than warehouses and lorries and our tenants appreciate this comprehensive approach', commented Eduard Zehetner, CEO of IMMOFINANZ Group. 'We are very pleased that Törley Pezsgőpincészet – a well-established, prestigious Hungarian company with a stable background – decided in favour for our Dunaharaszti logistics storage property and concluded a long-term lease agreement with us.'

IMMOFINANZ Group's logistics portfolio in Hungary comprises five properties with a carrying amount of EUR 64.0 million and total rentable space of 102,056 sqm.
