The Supervisory Board of IMMOFINANZ Group has reappointed Birgit Noggler as
Chief Financial Officer. Her term of office was extended for four years up
to 30 September 2017.
'Over the past years Birgit Noggler has made an important contribution to
professionalising and increasing the value of the company. I am pleased
that the continuation of this successful cooperation is now ensured with
the extension of her contract', indicated Herbert Kofler, Chairman of the
Supervisory Board of IMMOFINANZ Group.
The 38 year-old Birgit Noggler has been a member of the Executive Board
since October 2011 and is responsible for Finance & Accounting, Real Estate
Finance, Internal Audit & Control / Programme Management, Procurement,
Group Controlling and Central Controlling.
