The Supervisory Board of IMMOFINANZ AG elected a new presidium in its
procedural session, which was held on 2 October 2013 after the 20th Annual
General Meeting: Michael Knap (previously vice-chairman of the Supervisory
Board) will replace Herbert Kofler as chairman and Rudolf Fries will serve
as vice-chairman.
The seven previous shareholder representatives will continue to serve on
the Supervisory Board. They will be joined by four employee
representatives: Siegfried Burger-Schattauer, Philipp Amadeus Obermaier,
Sebastian Obermaier and Marc Anthony Held.
