Herbert Kofler resigned from the Supervisory Board of IMMOFINANZ AG for
personal reasons, effective immediately, at today's meeting. The company
would like to thank him for his many years of service.
The Supervisory Board of IMMOFINANZ AG now includes the previous six
shareholder representatives: Michael Knap (chairman), Rudolf Fries
(vice-chairman), Christian Böhm, Vitus Eckert, Klaus Hübner and Nick J.M.
van Ommen as well as employee representatives delegated by the Works'
Council.
