IMMOFINANZ has finalised a number of major leases totalling approx. 10,500
sqm for its Warsaw office portfolio. The new tenants include, among others,
the global consulting company Mercer, the international clinical research
institute Chiltern and a Polish insurance firm. All of the leases are based
on five-year terms.
The largest single lease covers 3,500 sqm in the Bokserska Office Center.
Other key contracts were concluded for the Nimbus and Crown Tower
buildings. These office properties now have an occupancy rate of approx.
90% or more.
In addition, major leases were extended with current tenants for more than
7,500 sqm. The tenants include, for example, the international FMCG company
Brown-Forman and Medac pharmaceutical company.
