13. Additional information:	Ruffer LLP now controls the voting rights over 29,969,998 shares (5% of the voting rights) of Active Energy Group which are held by Ruffer LLP's discretionary clients. This change from less than 5% to 5% is due to Ruffer purchasing 24,000,000 shares in a recent placing of 318,513,333 shares. The new shares were admitted to the market on 3 July 2013.
