Active Energy (AIM: AEG, OTCQB: ATGVF), an alternative energy company focused on the deployment of renewable infrastructure and the integration of advanced digital technologies, announces that a circular, including a Notice convening a General Meeting ("GM") of the Company, has been posted to shareholders and is available on the Company's website at www.aegplc.com.

The GM will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday 20 August 2025, at the offices of Blake Morgan LLP, 6 New Street Square, London, EC4A 3DJ.
