On 3rd October 2014, Arsenal Holdings plc (the "Company") received notificationthat on 2nd October 2014, KSE UK Inc, wholly owned by Stanley Kroenke, adirector of the Company, acquired 7 ordinary shares of £1.00 each in theCompany at a price of £14,500 per share and also 36 ordinary shares of £1.00each in the Company at a price of £15,000 per share.Taking into account such acquisition, KSE UK Inc, wholly owned by StanleyKroenke, has a beneficial interest in, and controls voting rights over, 41,639ordinary shares in the Company, representing 66.92% of the Company's issuedordinary shares.
