On 11th March 2015, Arsenal Holdings plc (the "Company") received notificationthat on 11th March 2015, KSE UK Inc, wholly owned by Stanley Kroenke, adirector of the Company, acquired 44 ordinary shares of GBP1.00 each in theCompany at a price of GBP15,400 per share.Taking into account such acquisition, KSE UK Inc, wholly owned by StanleyKroenke, has a beneficial interest in, and controls voting rights over, 41,696ordinary shares in the Company, representing 67.01% of the Company's issuedordinary shares.
