On 5 October 2018 the following options were granted over ordinary shares of 4 ^329/395 pence in Aggreko plc (the "Company") under the Aggreko UK Sharesave Plan and the Aggreko US Stock Purchase Plan to the Chief Executive Officer, Chief Finanical Officer and other Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilty ("PDMRs") of the Company. The notification made on behalf of Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility ('PDMRs') under article 19.1 of the Market Abuse Regulation ('MAR') relates to transactions made on behalf of PDMRs in Aggreko plc shares.
