CANCELLATION OF TRADING FROM THE LONDON STOCK EXCHANGE

Further to the announcement made on 2 November 2022, the Company announces that the listing of ordinary shares on the Official List of the Financial Conduct Authority and admission to trading on the Main Market for listed securities of the London Stock Exchange have now been cancelled with effect from 8.00 a.m. today (UK time), 30 November 2022.

Bruce Failing, Interim Chairman stated: "We are inviting all the shareholders to a Zoom call on December 13^th at 11am (UK time) to provide shareholders with a progress report on our portfolio companies. Please note that all details will be posted to the Company's website a week prior to the meeting."
