Marinomed Biotech AG hereby announces that due to the exercise of the convertible bond with Nice & Green the total number of voting rights at the end of February 2024 has increased to 1,535,317 and the Company’s new share capital amounts to EUR 1,535,317. The change of total voting rights has been effective since February 14, 2024.
