Marinomed Biotech AG herewith announces pursuant to Sec. 135 Para. 1 of the Stock Exchange Act, that due to the resolution on the capital increase of December 05, 2024, the total number of voting rights as at the end of December 2024 has increased to 1,778,333 voting rights, and the Company’s new share capital amounts to EUR 1,778,333. The change in the total number voting rights took effect upon entry in the commercial register on December 19, 2024.
