Completion of the disposal of Everyday Loans Group

Arbuthnot Banking Group PLC ("ABG") announces that its Retail Bank, Secure Trust Bank PLC ("STB"), has today completed the sale of its branch based non-standard consumer lending business, Everyday Loans Holdings Limited, to Non-Standard Finance plc.

ABG is the holding company for Arbuthnot Latham & Co., Limited and STB, in which it owns a 51.9% shareholding.
