The Company has been informed that Michael de Villiers, Director, has bought 2,506,630 Ordinary Shares of 0.1p each in Ariana ("Ariana Shares") at an average price of 2.48 pence (£62,144) in his own SIPP and that his wife has bought 743,370 Ariana Shares at an average price of 2.49 pence (£18,522) in her SIPP and at the same time Michael de Villiers has sold 3,250,000 Ariana Shares at an average price of 2.47 pence (£80,150). .
