Zurich/Switzerland) has informed us according to article 21 section 1 WpHG
that via shares its voting rights on METRO AG, Düsseldorf, Deutschland
(address: Schlüterstrasse 1, 40235 Düsseldorf), ISIN: DE0007257503, WKN:
725750, have exceeded the 3% limit of the voting rights on April 04, 2007
and amount to 3.27% (this corresponds to 10594001 voting rights).
According to article 22 section 1 sentence 1 No. 1 WpHG, 0.55% of the
voting rights (this corresponds to 1776776 voting rights) is to be
attributed to UBS AG.
