Zurich/Switzerland), has informed us according to article 21 section 1 WpHG
that via shares its voting rights on METRO AG, Düsseldorf, Germany
(address: Schlüterstraße 1, 40235 Düsseldorf), ISIN: DE0007257503, WKN:
725750, have exceeded the 3% limit of the voting rights on May 11, 2007 and
amount to 3.67% (this corresponds to 11908733 voting rights).
According to article 22 section 1 sentence 1 No. 1 WpHG, 0.57% of the
voting rights (this corresponds to 1863188 voting rights) is to be
attributed to UBS AG.
