On November 3, 2014, Metro Vermögensverwaltung GmbH & Co. KG, Dusseldorf,
Germany, informed us according to sec. 21 et seq. of the WpHG that its
share of voting rights in METRO AG, Dusseldorf, Germany, fell below the
threshold of 30% on November 1, 2014, and on that day amounted to 26.34%
(85,381,029 voting rights). Thereof, it held 10.08% of the voting rights
(32,679,435 voting rights) directly. In addition, 16.26% of the voting
rights (52,701,594 voting rights) were attributed to Metro
Vermögensverwaltung GmbH & Co. KG in accordance with sec. 22 para. 1
sentence 1 no. 1 of the WpHG.
Voting rights of the following controlled company, whose share of voting
rights in METRO AG amounts to 3% or more, were attributed to Metro
Vermögensverwaltung GmbH & Co. KG on November 1, 2014:
- 1. HSB Beteiligungsverwaltung GmbH & Co. KG.
In addition, Metro Vermögensverwaltung GmbH & Co. KG, Dusseldorf, Germany,
informed us according to sec. 21 et seq. of the WpHG on November 3, 2014,
that its share of voting rights in METRO AG, Dusseldorf, Germany, fell
below the thresholds of 25%, 20% and 15% on November 3, 2014, and on that
day amounts to 13.17% of the voting rights (42,690,515 voting rights).
Thereof, it holds 5.04% of the voting rights (16,339,718 voting rights)
directly. In addition, 8.13% of the voting rights (26,350,797 voting
rights) are attributed to Metro Vermögensverwaltung GmbH & Co. KG in
accordance with sec. 22 para. 1 sentence 1 no. 1 of the WpHG.
Voting rights of the following controlled company, whose share of voting
rights in METRO AG amounts to 3% or more, are attributed to Metro
Vermögensverwaltung GmbH & Co. KG:
- 1. HSB Beteiligungsverwaltung GmbH & Co. KG.
