us according to sec. 21 in connection with sec. 24 of the WpHG that the
share of voting rights of its affiliated company Haniel Finance B.V.,
Venlo, the Netherlands, in METRO AG, Dusseldorf, Germany, fell below the
thresholds of 30%, 25%, 20%, 15%, 10%, 5% and 3% on November 1, 2014, and
on that day amounts to 0.0003% of the voting rights (1,000 voting rights).
These voting rights are held by Haniel Finance B.V. directly.
