The Company confirms that, further to the announcement of 1 August 2019, the Company has now received the change of name certificate from Companies House, and accordingly the Company has changed its name to Braime Group PLC with immediate effect.
The trading mnemonic of BMTO, the Company's ISIN and the Company's website address (www.braimegroup.com) remain unchanged.
