Following the Company's announcement on 23 March 2018 that certain PDMRs (Chris Macdonald and Caroline Connellan) had exercised options over a total of 11,654 ordinary shares under the Company's existing Long Term Incentive Scheme ("LTIS"), the Company has received notice that these PDMRs sold a total of 5,825 ordinary shares in the Company in order to cover tax liabilities arising from the exercise of the LTIS awards.
