UIAG AND CROSS MOTORSPORT SYSTEMS AG SOLD THEIR SHARES OF POLYTEC HOLDING AG TO
AUTOMOTIVE CONSULTING GMBH 

Hörsching, September 11 2009 (VSE: PYT) - POLYTEC HOLDING AG has been informed,
according to § 91 BörseG, by Unternehmens Invest AG, that the company is, as of
September 7, 2009 below the threshold of 5% and holds no shares of POLYTEC
HOLDING AG and by CROSS Motorsport Systems AG, that the company is, as of
September 7, 2009 below the thresholds of 15%, 10% and 5% and holds no shares of
POLYTEC HOLDING AG.

Furthermore the company has been informed according to §91 BörseG by PT
Automotive Consulting GmbH, that the company passed the threshold of 20% of
POLYTEC HOLDING AG´s voting rights and, as of September 7, 2009 holds a total of
 4.542.364  shares or 20.34% of POLYTEC GROUPs voting rights.

That share deal is part of the restructuring agreement, which was communicated
in detail on May 11, 2009 and furthermore agreed at the extraordinary general
meeting on June 26, 2009.
