Churchill China plc (AIM: CHH) announces that the Company was notified on 30 April 2024 that Mrs L Roper, wife of James Roper, Sales and Marketing Director of the Company, sold a total of 70,000 shares of 10p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") in an open market transaction at a price of 1112.5p per Ordinary Share.

The transaction was enacted to supply funds for works on a property held jointly by Mr and Mrs Roper.

Following the transaction Mr Roper is beneficially interested in 924,035 Ordinary Shares representing 8.4% of the total voting rights of the Company.
