Churchill China plc (AIM: CHH), the manufacturer of innovative performance ceramic products serving hospitality markets worldwide, was notified today that on 5 December 2024, Robin Williams, Chairman of the Company, purchased a total of 721 shares of 10p each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 774.00p per Ordinary Share.

Following this transaction Mr Williams is beneficially interested in 2,721 Ordinary Shares representing 0.02% of the total voting rights of the Company.
